REMOTE MAINTENANCE & SCREEN SHARING

Instead of complicated explanations by e-mail or telephone, we can use the remote maintenance tool TeamViewer to easily and securely access your screen directly.
Please take the following steps to share your screen with us:
1. Download the ZIP file for TeamViewer and unzip the file on your PC.
2. After the installation you can click on the TeamViewer logo to start remote maintenance.
3. The program generates a session code. Please provide us with the session code that appears in the support window.
4. Now we can access your screen and help you further.
5. You can stop the connection at any time by clicking the “End” or “Exit” button in the support window.
